Setting up your products is very easy:

1. Find the product you need through the navigation menu or the search engine
2. Choose the options that best suit your needs and customize the finish
3. Upload your own design or create it on the fly thanks to our high-quality 100% online editor

And remember, if you can't find what you need, you can contact us through our quote form and we will prepare it for you.

You can access the status of your orders at any time from your personal area, by clicking on "My Orders".

This way you will know in real time what status your project is in.

Don't worry, you can reset your password at any time by clicking on the link provided for this purpose on the home page:

• Go to the home page
• In the main menu, select the drop-down menu on the Login tab
• There you will find the option Have you forgotten your password?
• You just have to click and follow the steps that the platform offers you.

Registering on the platform offers you multiple advantages to better manage your day-to-day life, among other things:

• Create and save your own designs and templates
• Access your order history and/or repeat them
• Download invoices
• etc.

For a better experience, we recommend that you create your profile, it takes 2 minutes and will unite us forever ;)

If you have a design application, you can save your design in PDF format and send it to us for production.

If you do not have one, you can use the online design that we include in some products.

In all cases, we recommend that you consult our Design Guide, to ensure that we can carry out your project in the best conditions.

Sí. Todos los archivos que llegan a Printai se revisan para que cumplan las especificaciones de impresión. Printai no modifica ningún fichero, por lo que si éste no cumple las necesidades mínimas de impresión, nos pondremos en contacto con vosotros para indicarles qué deberían modificar.

We will contact you to explain which elements cannot be printed with acceptable quality and to help you make the corresponding changes.

There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.

1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.

2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.

3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.

300 dpi (dots per inch) is the resolution of the output PDF file.

We use offset printing, which provides the highest quality of print material for both text and images.

Shipping costs are free for purchases over €49* as long as delivery is within the peninsula.

For amounts less than €49, there is a fixed cost of €4.99..
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, there will be a fixed cost of 9.99€.
These amounts guarantee a quality and sustainable delivery in line with our values.

We do not currently ship abroad or to the Canary Islands.

* For custom quotes, shipping costs may not be included.

All our shipments are managed by SEUR, a logistics company that is a leader in environmental awareness and high commitment to service.
